    Valpak is looking for a dynamic Sales Professional!

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing a sales and marketing strategy to maximize revenue potential and efficiently serve the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for increasing market penetration of Valpak Solutions. Success will come to those have a strong desire to assist small businesses with their marketing needs.

    We have a strong team approach with a lot of one-on-one assistance to propel your early success in your new career. We will arm you with the latest, most powerful and innovative sales and prospecting tools in the industry. Training will primarily be handled locally by an industry expert and will be supplemented by training at our corporate headquarters in St. Petersburg, FL.

    • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
    • Well-developed technological skills (PC, Internet, MS Office, CRM, Mobile)
    • Ability to manage deadlines, keep organized and keep up in a fast-paced environment
    • Working knowledge of digital media platforms
    • Must be results oriented and have a proven record of success working in a sales environment
    • College degree is preferred
    • Experience in print and digital advertising sales is beneficial
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy



    • Prospect and develop new business via phone prospecting, internet research and face-to-face cold calling.
    • Identify key decision makers in the Colorado Springs area and develop custom marketing programs derived from Valpak’s product portfolio that will enhance their businesses marketing objectives.
    • Service, consult and manage accounts that have been sold
    • Meet prospecting and sales revenue goals
    • Integrate with our existing team members
    • Daily interface with a CRM system and various sales management tools




    We offer a base salary, gas allowance, commission with bonuses, health insurance, retirement savings plan and paid time off.   First-year earnings for average reps is $40,000- $50,000.  A solid performer would realize substantial income growth in years two and three.
