Qualifications


 

 

  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Well-developed technological skills (PC, Internet, MS Office, Salesforce, Mobile)
  • Ability to manage deadlines and to operate with a sense of urgency
  • Understanding of digital media platforms
  • Must be results oriented and have a record of success working in a goal-oriented, highly accountable environment
  • High School diploma, but college degree is preferred; we will train you; on-going training is provided as you progress and grow
  • Experience in print and digital advertising sales preferred, but not required
  • Strong analytical skills

Responsibilities


 

 

  • Prospect and develop new business via phone prospecting, face-to-face cold calling, and networking; this is a Business Development position
  • Service and renew existing accounts
  • Identify key decision makers in our area and be able to develop marketing programs derived from Valpak’s product portfolio
  • Meet sales goals
  • Network in the local community as a Valpak Brand Ambassador
  • Keep abreast of business and industry trends
