The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing a sales and marketing strategy to maximize revenue potential and efficiently serve the needs of our customers. You will be responsible for increasing market penetration of Valpak Solutions. Success will come to those that have a strong desire! Administrative duties and responsibility includes providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The admin job scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all administrative assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Qualifications


 

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Well-developed technological skills (PC, Internet, MS Office, CRM, Mobile)
  • Ability to manage deadlines and to operate with a sense of urgency
  • Understanding of digital media platforms
  • Must be results oriented and have a record of success working in a goal-oriented, highly accountable environment
  • High School diploma, but college degree is preferred
  • Experience in print and digital advertising sales preferred, but not required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven admin or assistant experience
  • Sales Experience
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in Social Media

 

Compensation

 

Base pay - $10-$12/hour

Part-time 15-25 hours/week

Base pay + Commission + Bonus + National Contest Incentives

 

Responsibilities


 

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Assisting Sales Team and Management with various duties
  • Data Entry and Management of Digital Products on a daily basis
  • Proof read layouts and proofs for errors before coupons are mailed out
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Order office supplies
  • Provide general support to Owner and Staff
  • Prospect and develop new business via phone prospecting, face-to-face, cold calling, and networking
  • Service and renew existing accounts
  • Identify key decision makers in our area and be able to develop marketing programs derived from Valpak’s product portfolio
  • Network in the local community as a Valpak Brand Ambassador
  • Keep abreast of business and industry trends
